The holiday flat, newly built in 2023 and individually furnished for you, consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom with direct access to the panoramic balcony, 1 bathroom with level and barrier-free shower access, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen with a view of the greenery.



All beds are equipped with health mattresses and adjustable spring frames. They guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. Special pillows, blankets and covers for allergy sufferers. All floor coverings are suitable for allergy sufferers !



An in-house free high-speed W-LAN network, a flat-screen TV with SAT-HD-TV and SMART-TV with streaming services as well as a DVD player and a stereo system are of course available. For your valuables, 1 safe is available in the flat free of charge.
