Floor), newly furnished in summer 2016, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds 1.80 x 2.00 m and 2 single beds 0.80 x 2.00 m, 2 large bathrooms with walk-in shower, large south-west facing balcony, laminate flooring, free Wi-Fi, MTB - & eBike rental, large outdoor area and MTB training trail at the house.   Bookable for 6 adults / children + 2 children (up to 6 years) in baby cot or cot. A service room with a washer and dryer is in the first Floor.

Spend your holiday in the OutdoorCenter Harz in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in the beautiful Upper Harz.   The 3 cozy apartments in a modern rustic style in the former youth hostel Clausthal - today OutdoorCenter resin - were newly furnished in 2016. The location on the green outskirts of Clausthal is ideal for extensive hiking, mountain biking or eBike tours in the attractive Upper Harz region with many mountain meadows and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Harz Water Management.   The apartments unicycle and bicycle can be combined.   free wifi | large outdoor area | Rental of MTB & eBikes | Parking at the house | Non smoking 1 dog (up to medium size) is allowed in the apartment Hochrad. (2 dogs on request) In the apartments unicycle and two-wheeler dogs are not allowed. Lockable bike room available.  

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.

Die Wohnung war super! Alles sauber, gute Ausstattung, freundliche Vermieter, viel Platz, nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können! Aber dafür kann niemand verantwortlich gemacht werden . Schöner Kurzurlaub!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir konnten unsere Wanderung direkt vor der Haustür beginnen und abends auf dem Balkon einen Sundowner genießen. Toller Aufenthalt, nette Vermieter super saubere Wohnung.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir konnten dort die ruhigen Weihnachtstage verbringen. Auch das wir unsere Hunde mitnehmen konnten, war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos und die Sauberkeit in der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gut. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Clausthal-Zellerfeld im Harz

Schöne Wohnung an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Tolle Landschaft aber leider etwas heruntergekomme Stadt. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub mit tollen Ausflugszielen.

Super nette Vermieter. Ausstattung erstklassig. Sauber und gepflegt. Geschirrhantücher, Waschlappen, Spüli und Klopapier wurden gestellt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche neuwertig. Liegt etwas außerhalb, aber sehr ruhig und schön. Balkon geräumig und sonnig!

Wunderbare Wohnung für drei Paare. Gut ausgestattet und ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten, das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche ist toll für gemeinsame Abende. Dazu gibts noch einen großen Balkon wenn das Wetter passt. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm im Umgang und wer mag, kann sich dort sicher auch ein Mountainbike mieten. Einziges Problemchen: Das warme Wasser ist am späten Abend irgendwann nicht mehr verfügbar. Wer nur morgens duscht und auch sonst am späten Abend kein warmes Wasser benötigt, hat damit aber sicher kein Problem.
