Wonderful Experience

Comfortable, very well maintained property. Beautiful mountain location. Friendly staff. Each 2nd floor room has nice balcony. Check-in/out procedure extremely efficient. Only negatives would be confusing instructions on setting up TV access (took me about 6 minutes to set up) and hard to open/slide balcony door.

Our check in for one night was to be at 3:00 pm Friday afternoon, September 26. We had a issue come up at 11:30 am that morning. We called the host number and left a voicemail asking the host to call us back immediately. We never received a call back. The cutsomer service for this property is awful. I recommend you stay somewhere else.
