The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Lastly, please inform us 1 day prior to checkout if you intend to leave before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house in a nice location

Very cool home in a perfect location. Top floor is a fantastic place to hang out with the family. Has a nice hot tub and large LED TV plus a little firepit. Location is close to everything Clayton has to offer. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Clayton.

Everything seemed to be top end and well maintained. Love the labeling of switches, that is always tough in a new place. The view was great. The grandson loved the hot tub. First class.

Great holiday getaway

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Groovy House. The location is located perfectly between outdoor activities and downtown. The house was well maintained and owners were very friendly and responsive. Would recommend for all who want a quiet stay in the mountains.
