This motel was amazing. It was clean, quiet, had everything a person could need. The owner, Frank, welcomed us and explained how things worked in the room. They have a nice firepit area as well. We felt safe and were well rested for our next days travel.

Everything was great! John, the owner and innkeeper, was super considerate and responsive. The place was very cozy. The one thing we'd prefer is a wider, firmer mattress. The cottage was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Laundry was very convenient. The deck and firepit were very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning with more family!

Great stay!

Our stay in July was great. Mr Frank was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back when we next get to the Clayton area. They even got a gift for our grandson, who was with us!
