The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please clean out the wood-burning stove, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used.
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used during your stay. Most importantly, please inform us 1-day prior to your checkout if you intend on leaving before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful home - spacious, comfortable, and so well-appointed. The view faces north so you get the most amazing sunrises and sunsets! A special feature is seeing the lighted Cross on Blacktop Mountain - priceless!! Hosts were top-notch - very responsive, even came to meet us when we got turned around getting there. Follow their directions and you won’t have any problem! :)
