We have new carpet and refinished wood floors. Please remove shoes when entering home. No food or beverages downstairs please (water is fine!).
Guests must follow Pineloch Sun HOA rules; fines start at $1000 Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM Parking: Driveway only Speed limit: 10 mph Secure trash
No fires during burn bans established by Kittitas County Fire Marshall. This is a high wildfire risk area.
