Tons of room for fun and relaxation in this 3200 square foot 3-level home allowing for games to be played downstairs in the basement level and eating and drinking on the main level with a large deck.

Nestled in the Black Nugget neighborhood you're a short walk to the par 3 golf course as well as Swiftwater Cellars winery.

The space
All the adult beds are new in 2024 Purple brand California King mattresses.

---Basement level:
California King Bed - sleeps 2. There is a roll away bed in the storage room on this level as well that sleeps 1.

There is a full bathroom next to the bedroom

The large couch, Foosball table, and ping pong table are on this level.

----Main level:
Half bath
Kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large group.

----Upstairs:
Master bedroom with attached two sink bathroom and shower. California King bed that sleeps 2.

Bedroom 3 has a California King bed that sleeps 2.

The bunk room has 2 full sized mattresses and 2 twin size mattresses. It would be tight, but if the kids are small you could sleep 2 kids each on the twin beds and 1 each on the full sized beds. A total of 6.

The hall bath is a full shower and bath with two sinks.
