Our group came together to celebrate a birthday and it was a great space to host in. There was enough space for everyone. We had a great time. House is big and could easily accommodate 2 families. Close enough to hear the river and enjoy the deer that came bu for a quick drink. We were bummed that the new hot tub was coming the day after we left but it will be there for the next time!
