Peaceful 3-bedroom lake house on quiet cul-de-sac

Lake house on Rush Lake. Enjoy the spacious multilevel lakeside deck overlooking the water, perfect for soaking up sun and relaxing. Home is all one level.

Enjoy a kayak ride, swim or jump off the dock. Take a walk or run along a paved lakeside road in the warm weather. During the fall, take in colors, visit a nearby orchard, or go for a round of golf at the nearby course just 10 miles away. Winter is great for a getaway too!

There is a southwest facing sunroom, with a gorgeous stream of light and amazing view, with an electric wall fireplace for staying cozy on winter days while taking in lake views.

There is a second living room area with a 55" smart TV, couch and chairs for gathering and snuggling up for a movie night. The home has 3 bedrooms; one with a full size bed, one with a queen size bed, and a third with a bunk-twin XL over queen. All are plush/comfy mattresses with hotel style bedding.

Fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker, ninja personal blender, crock pot, cookie sheets, standard set of pots/pans. We have a gas stove/oven, full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. For those who would rather not cook, drive around the lakes to Palmer house for a great bite to eat.

Gas grill on the multi-level deck. Dining room table seats up to 6; there are 2 counter height stools next to the kitchen peninsula.
Pet bowls are available.
Outside you'll find a small yard with fieldstone steps down to the sugar sand beach and a 32’ dock, which may be used if bringing your own boat.
Public boat launch is 3/4 mile from our property for launching your boat.

The deck has a dining table and 2 rocking chairs for enjoying the views overlooking Rush lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use with a limited variety of life jackets.

There is an outdoor plug in (110V) for EV use (can use our extension cord upon request).
300 Mbps Internet/WiFi available throughout the property. Motion lights/ring security cameras on both lake and road sides of the house are present for safety and security.
During your stay at this cabin, you're just a quick walk from Rush Lake. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the cabin.
