Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Sanctuary at Clear Lake REQUIRES a walk-through at check-out. We are a large facility and ALWAYS find items left behind during the walk-through. It also helps us avoid unnecessary charges.
For loading and unloading, DO NOT prop doors open for more than a few minutes at a time. Charges will be issued when the doors are left open for long periods of time.

Seasonal parking restrictions: No overnight parking on city streets during the winter season. Off street parking is available on our empty lot.
Please return the furniture to the position you found it in. Take a picture when you arrive, if you plan to move it around.
