Staff was friendly. Check in area was clean. First room was never cleaned but listed as clean, so they gave us another room. Second room was clean but smelled like dirt (maybe clogged ac filter), ac never got super cold and found a cockroach in the bathroom. Needless to say I don't see my family staying here again, especially for the price.

No large towels for my first night there. No housekeeping was done to the room. Flooring is bubbling up. I think the mattress is laying on a hollow metal box that makes popping noises everytime you move in bed. Red hair stuck to the shower wall both days. Sticky residue ring on night stand under the lamp.

It all depends on what you're looking for. This had what I needed. It was clean, it was quiet, & it sat a block back of the main highway. Staff was accommodating I prefer housekeeping every other day. They had a washer & dryer, vending machine items at the counter. It a Continental Breakfast. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and check us in, after ringing the bell for help. Our room was not ready to check in, though we arrived after the check in begin time. Switched us to a room that was ready. Asked for pillows for our couch bed and were told they didn’t have extra pillows. Man at front desk seemed like he didn’t care to be there.

The staff was friendly and very easy to work with. The property was disappointing though. After staying at a different LaQuinta in Burleson, I expected a similar and nicer stay. The Cleburne location could step up their game with the continental breakfast options as well as the in room shampoo/conditioner and general cleanliness of the property. I’d prefer to drive to the Burleson location than staying here.
