This charming villa, located in the seaside village of Kerfissien, is brand new. Enjoy its 105m2 of easy modern lifestyle just 500m from the magnificent sandy beach. Discover the dramatic scenery of the Breton coastline via the GR34 coastal path. Delight in the peaceful atmosphere both indoors and out in the sandy garden under construction.

The villa boasts a cosy modern decor divided into three spaces around the vast reception area. The fully-equipped fitted kitchen will provide all you need for successful home-cooking. It opens onto the pleasant sitting-dining room area with its direct access to the garden via large sliding pocket windows. Outdoor and indoor living become one.

On each side of the main living space are the bedrooms. To one side is a beautiful double bedroom with its own private bathroom. To the other are two bedrooms, one double and the other with twin beds and a shared bathroom.
