check in was seamless and the clerk was cordial. He was especially helpful in getting me connected to the wi-fi. The king room was ample for one and was conveniently equipped with mini-fridge and microwave. The bath facilities were good with plenty of hot water. Overall the property was clean and well managed though it appeared a little dated. One BIG complaint: the chair at the work area was practically unsittable ( I fell out of it when I first tried to sit down); and there was no light at the table designed as the work space.

Staff support wasn’t well at all. Couldn’t enjoy my stay. All I wanted was to get away for one night. That’s the point of hotels.. there was no peace. Management and staff were rude and assuming I had illegal things even tho I had nothing on my person nor with my belongings. I don’t even carry anything of the sort in my car simply because I know the rules, policy and laws. I felt discriminated against and not heard. I even offered them to search the room and my personal belongings. There’s more than one room but my door is the only one that was knocked on. It’s not sitting well with me and I hope I get my deposit back as well because I followed the regulations of the establishment and respected the room.

Service was awesome. They do what they do with what they can…place needs a renovation badly, and not just paint, but a new carpet, repaint the bathrooms and especially the doors in the hallways would make a massive difference. Maybe add some boiled eggs for a protein and time for new coffee machine. That will go a long way. Thanks for the stay.

There were cockroaches in the room, cold front desk around midnight no one answered. A whole bunch of kids running up and down the hallway making a racket while their parents get drunk down in the lobby. Shady area and the first time I've ever had to leave a hotel in the middle of the night because of cockroaches, not to mention stains on the sheets and bedspread.

Had driven 10 hours, if I had not been exhausted I would have went elsewhere. The room was not clean. The table was covered in what apppeared to be ? Something white. I slept in my clothes. The room smelled moldy and sketchy . Will not return. Staff was polite I will Not return !
