Great location, the apartment has character and is well appointed. Search filters indicated that parking was available but paid parking only and a five minute walk from the apartment.

Charming apartment right in the heart of the city

We really enjoyed our stay in the is apartment, which is well equipped and spacious with beautiful high ceilings.

Beautiful Apartment and Perfect Location

We stayed 6 nights.The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures.- just beautiful. The shower is a walk in and the best we have experienced in all our rental stays. The location in the old part of town with lots of artist studios and antique shops around to explore. However, I do not agree there was onsite parking as advertised. There was one place on the narrow street outside and this was almost always occupied. We had to use a parking station 10 minutes away and this was an issue as my partner has mobility issues. Two of our six nights ( on the weekend) were disturbed by noisy neighbours. This may have been a one off, I do not know

Eine tolle Woche in Clermont-Ferrand und Umgebung

Ein sehr schönes geräumiges Appartement in einem historischen gepflegten Wohnhaus nahe der Kathedrale. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll, sehr französisch eingerichtet. Im direkten Umfeld finden sich zahlreiche Möglichkeiten den Abend genussvoll einzuleiten. 10 min Fußweg sind es zur Markthalle, die keine Wünsche für frische Einkäufe - zu welchem Anlass auch immer - offen lässt. Zuletzt, bestechend die kurzen Anfahrtswege in die malerische Vulkanlandschaft der umgebenden Nationalparks. In 20 - 30 min bietet sich alles, egal ob kurze Spazierwege, Wanderungen, Führungen zur Geschichte dieser Kulturlandschaft oder Entdeckungsreisen für Kinder. Persönlich haben wir den Vermieter nicht kennengelernt, es war aber alles hervorragend organisiert und auf diverse schriftliche Anfragen für Empfehlungen hat der Vermieter immer umgehen geantwortet. Hat alles in allem sehr viel Spaß gemacht!
