Clean and spacious room, perfect for my needs. For this trip, I traveled alone and felt safe in this Vrbo. The host was very responsive and accommodating when I requested a last minute extension of my stay. This will be my go to the next time I’m in the area visiting family.

We came to Clermont for a pre-season college softball tournament. In past seasons, we stayed in Hotels but were never in the hotel but to sleep. This year we stayed at this cozy studio and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and had new furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the unit has a private entry. It is centrally located to everything. The owner had great communication with us. We would definitely stay again!

This space was perfect for my needs. As a female traveling alone, I was pleased to find this property. I felt very safe coming and going at various times. The bed was comfortable and the included washer/dryer in this space came in handy as I extended my stay unexpectedly. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The only small issue I had is beyond the host’s control and that was road noise. I’m a heavy sleeper and was awoken a few times by road noise. Light sleepers may struggle. Would stay here again 100%!
