Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath house right on Lake Minneola. Relax on the dock and watch amazing Florida sunsets. Reclining sofa with wood burning fireplace and big screen TV. 2 Bedrooms (King size master bedroom upstairs, queen size in downstairs bedroom) and 2 full bathrooms. Well stocked modern kitchen that should have everything you need to cook all your meals (if you don't see it, please ask). Laundry room for your washing. Centrally located in downtown Minneola. Bring your boat, bicycle, canoe, kayaks, or paddle boards! (I have some if you request in advance) Minutes to all local amenities, trails, boat ramps, shopping, and dining. There is an attached mother in laws suite on this property where I reside when I'm in town.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Waterfront Park. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
