The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could clearly hear people above and in the hall, the room is dimly lit, the room is dated, the sheet was rough, and the towels were paper thin. The room, however, was clean and it was convenient to the area.

Veel trapjes als je slecht ter been bent, onderhoud kamers kan beter (we hadden 3 dagen een kapotte douche), vieze vloerbedekking op sommige etages en in sommige kamers, in clerveaux zelf is weinig of niets te doen behalve wandelen, prijs/kwaliteit niet goed, drankjes in de bar te prijzig, maar Mohammed is een super barman, openbaar vervoer is fantastisch en gratis, Luxemburg is een prachtige en gezellige stad.

Uselt hotell med medioker service! Det så kallade Spa som ska finnas består av ett rum med några solstolar o bastu, för att nå poolen är man tvungen att ta sig ner för en spiraltrappa, ingen annan entre finns. Ansvarig på plats anser inte att detta är ett problem och säger sig aldrig ha fått något klagomål från gäster. Hotellets s.k. Spa är ett skämt! Frukosten är högst medioker. Otrevligt bemötande vid klagomål! Välj annat boende! /Mats

Hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie naast het kasteel. Helaas op de kamer geen waterkoker. Kamer erg schoon maar simpel. Zwembad tot 7 uur savonds geopend dus in verband met diner geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Bij het uitchecken is er nergens personeel aanwezig bij de balie. Wij zijn na 10 minuten wachten uiteindelijk maar weg gegaan.

Inchecken was oke, wel afstandelijk. Bij volgend contact vertelde mijn vrouw dat we 38 jr, geleden ook in Du Commerce waren geweest, hier werd niet of nauwelijks op gereageerd. Jammer.
