What we liked, the breakfast staff was very friendly & accommodating, the food was good on Sunday 8/31/25 & Tuesday 9/2/25. What we didn't like was the mattresses were very uncomfortable/hard. The tv stand/cabinet was sticky & dusty. The floor was filthy.The owners made us feel like an inconvenience. Only ice machine was on the 2nd floor. The fridge was broken, so asked if they had an extra that worked to trade out, they brought one up but were not happy about it, there was alot of tension & then this fridge only froze even after turning it all the way up or down regardless what setting it was on. They left the broken fridge in the room & put the other 1 in the spot between the cabinet & table shoving the wheelchair out of the way leaving no space. Overall just very rude excluding the breakfast staff.

I was a single traveler and one thing that was important to me was safety and cleanliness. It they were that and more. This was my first time here at this place and this state. The staff were friendly and made everything smoothe from checking in and leaving. And the shuttle service was excellent. I would definitely return to this hotel!

Friendly Staff - Convenient Location

The staff, from the front desk, housekeeper, and breakfast organizer, were probably the friendliest people we have in countered in years. Being previous owners of a hotel we see things most guests don’t notice, but overall the room was clean. Very convenient to Rt. 71 which lead us to everywhere we went over the 3 days. Less than half the price of downtown hotels. Would stay again.
