I want to compliment the staff for letting me check in early, very early. So very much appreciated. Value hotel. Only complaint would be lack of plugs around the desk area in the room, and the microwave wasn't plugged in behind the entertainment unit, so I had to bring the microwave into the bathroom to reheat leftovers. Both are very minor inconveniences

We thought we had free parking for the week while we were on Vacation. Turns out only the first night is free. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and we had to move the microwave in order to use it because there was no outlet close to it. We did not have breakfast but the dining area was very small. Not the worst hotel stay but not the best. Would not stay there again.

I would like to say we travel a lot and stayed in a lot of best westerns all over the us. But the guy at counter last night after us having a very bad Easter was very rude and gave nasty looks to my family. I want my money back for this horrible stay.

Shuttle service to the airport was great and confident. Staff was very friendly and nice. Room wasn’t the cleanest-our kids’ feet were black from the filthy floors and there were quite a few clumps of hair on the shower wall.

Property was under construction. Was not informed. And I booked a single bed room when I got there I was given a double bed room and was told there were no more single rooms. But I checked in like and said there was one available.

The room was dirty! We were only there for one night. They changed us to a handicap accessible room which I booked, but was not available so they put us in a suite which was larger and more than we needed but we needed the accessibility so that was nice. But it was not cleaned very well at all!!!

The hotel is being renovated. The front desk did not understand English real well. Our pull out couch bed still have the plastic on it the manufacture so obviously it had not been opened. There was no sheets or pillows for that pullout couch in the room. Our flight left before breakfast started.. It wasn’t a bad hotel for the price.

The staff there was absolutely amazing I can’t remember the female manager BUT knowing my handicap condition and another situation that came up she handled everything without making me feel like a burden and not heard !!! Her a fry two housekeepers that took care of me and the main race guy deserve a raise !!!

This hotel was being renovated. I hated looking at construction material and stepping on debris. The sofa sleeper's mattress had stains and there were food and other garbage in the sofa when we opened it up. The cleaning staff was very nice.

Property has little parking. Property was under construction and vary dirty from it. Our room was recently remodeled and you could tell it was rushed and not finished the right way carpet was uneven tile had gaps you could stub your toe on. Not the best food
