Checking in was a problem. The communication between expedia and the hotel sucks. I had a hard time checking in they didnt have my reservation after paying for the whole week a month ago. I finally got in but the trouble getting into a room AFTER DRIVING 18HRS IS MY ONLY ISSUE

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Inn Elyria, Ohio, United States of America, in May 2025. The staff provided commendable service; however, I must express that my overall experience fell short of expectations. My accommodation was designated as a handicapped-accessible room. Regrettably, the floor of the walk-in shower appeared unsatisfactory, and the metal fixtures around the exterior exhibited signs of rust. Had I possessed shower shoes, I would have opted for a shower; however, I ultimately decided to forgo this option. It’s quite puzzling to think about how a hotel room might not include a tissue box!

Convenient and comfortable

Close to restaurants and places we needed to go. Room was clean and comfortable, although hand towels were worn. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of variety. It was good value for the price.

Pubic hairs from the previous guest were all over the shower wall and floor, very obvious and very disgusting. Toilet had a paper protector indicating it had been cleaned but seat had yet another hair on it. Can’t figure out how to post pictures here. For a hundred dollars a night I expected at least a clean room.

Check in was fine. Not really friendly or helpful but fine. Room is big and spacious. Bed seems comfy. Had to call the front desk for help getting the water to work in the bathroom - just had to pull hard enough but didn't want to break anything. Exercise room & pool are nice. Lots of places to eat nearby, right next to the highway. Doesn't seem like a Best Western - one long hallway (2 floors) so real small. Parking is adequate around back of the building.
