Had to carry luggage a long way from parking spot to door of hotel because there was no drop off area. Rooms were clean but the bed was very hard. Overall, it was an okay stay, but not quite as nice as I expected.

The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.

The people are very kind here, which is awesome. The hotel is dated, but clean. They allowed our 2 dogs for $30 each instead of $75. Elsewhere. A nice continental breakfast in the morning got our day started.
