Good location yet not comfortable enough

Have stayed with a lot comfort inn previously, but this is the FRIST and ONLY one copy and print out your id and your credit card number/pin which made me worries me a lot. Also the room is a bit smelly and you can hear people talk clearly next door at midnight.

No major complaints for the price paid. Rooms aren't the most sound proof, so noise from the street and other guests might be bothersome for some. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast had more options than expected. Paying for parking seemed weird (I did know in advance though). Overall, stay was fine.

The fifth floor room was nice but furniture was outdated. We had an issue with the jetted tub and requested service and none was given. The siren's and trash trucks were loud all night. I will never stay at a downtown hotel again.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, parking was easy and plenty of it. Bed was comfortable, temperature was easy to set. Only reason I did not rate hotel as excellent was because internet was terrible. I spent as much time reconnecting to the net as I did using it. I considered this a service so that is why it was only good. All of the service people were great.
