Great access to the arena. Nice facilities. No housekeeping on the third day we stayed. By the time we returned to the room, it was too late to make a call and ask for at least the trash to be taken out. Restaurant/bistro was amazing - even though we showed up 15 minutes before it was to be closed.

The location is great, the building is great BUT the lack of breakfast, the lack of good coffee in the lobby, the lousy beds and the fridge the size of a shoebox will send us next door on our next trip.

Great Room - Unexpected Cleaning Lady!

2nd stay within 2 weeks. Nice bed and amenities. I did have the cleaning person come into my room unexpectedly at 9:00 am while I was sitting at the desk in my underwear. Checkout is 11:00 am, so that was quite a surprise!
