Very nice hotel. Breakfast is adequate and dinner appetizers are a plus. The only downside is the maid service it is non existent most days and there is never maid service cart to get towels on days they don’t clean the room. They need to hire better cleaning staff.

Very busy hotel! Breakfast is popular. I love the location, in an area with restaurants and shopping. Felt and looked safe. Security measures were followed thoroughly. Although annoying because I can in late, very happy they followed protocol. Features in room were clean, functional and the type of room I secured for a night, had basic features. Everything I needed for a quick stay! Thank you!

Checking in was difficult. They did not have our reservation and blamed Hotels.com for overbooking them. Joe at the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful. Basically said, “we can’t help them, we don’t have room for them.” He was not sympathetic at all with the mix up in our reservation. We eventually were “allowed” to stay. Everything after the front desk experience was great!

The room was clean. We arrived at 2:00 am and the room was still available. The front desk clerk put 3 of us in a king room instead of a 2 double bed. He was able to fix it. I did request a 2 bed double.
