DO NOT UNPLUG INTERNET MODEM/ROUTER/CAMERAS. If the Property Manager has to be sent over to plug back in the modem there will be a $500 fine
Please DO NOT SMOKE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. Especially inside the house. If so there will be a $500 deep cleaning charge.
NO DRUG USE of ANY kind! Additional fee of $500 will be charged if any form of drug use has occurred, or paraphernalia found on the property.
