My main frustration is the hotel was pretty empty and everyone was put in the same part of the hotel which I get for eco reasons but the walls are paper thin and at 11pm as I was trying to sleep to get up early a family stormed in and I was constantly woken up by screaming kids. There was so much other space would have appreciated some quiet. The housekeeping is amazing and they were constantly cleaning the place.

The room was pretty clean except the bathroom floor.The shower water was only scalding or ice cold. I messed with the temperature maybe 10 or 15 minutes and then decided to just shower, I’d deal with the water later. Must have run the hot long enough that it was finally at a temperature I could tolerate. We had to move the microwave to the desk area where it could reach a plug. The room could definitely use an upgrade but I won’t complain about that. Breakfast was good, lots of options and it was hot. Staff and parking lot were fine.

Staff was nice, room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was yummy. Omelettes, hash browns, bacon, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee. Was the room perfect? I guess there were a couple nicks on the edge of the towel holder and desk if you want to break out a magnifying glass. Overall for the price, it's a great hotel. And there are a lot of local attractions like Lake Erie and Crocker Park, and it's close to 90.

Front desk lady was very nice. Outside of that elevators were slower than walking. One elevator was broken stupid floor plan in the building mold in the shower yeah that’s enough.
