Great hotel in a amazing location

The staff is always helpful, friendly, and extremely accommodating. Hotel was very clean and always has a great breakfast menu. The only challenge we had during this stay was the room that connects to my room; the guest were smoking marijuana. I had to put a towel under my door to keep the smell from coming into my room. I was not pleased with that at all.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel fitness center was awesome - a large, clean complete gym. Free coffee all day. Morning breakfasts were all good. Whole building was clean and well maintained even though it was busy all weekend with families and it snowed most days. The floors were regular mopped and cleaned up. I stayed 8 days and was impressed.

This property has been recently renovated and has nicely appointed guest rooms that are comfortable. There were visible crumbs left on the desk area and small table, and hair strands on the bathroom floor that would indicate cleaning is a necessary area of focus/improvement. Also, the shower gel had not been replenished.
