Nice people. Did not have water for two hours. Couldn’t believe there was no microwave!! Suite or not every hotel I’ve ever been in had a microwave!! Even a small cheap small one would suffice! Also, no clock or alarm clock. Very clean though and workers were very polite and courteous

The perfect In and out stay

I came into town for a concert and stayed for 1 day. The room was very clean the staff was very friendly. Everything was so convenient. The free breakfast buffet was a perfect send off for my travels. I would definitely stay here again.

We came up for a soccer tournament. We originally had to switch rooms because of loud neighbors. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing was the floors probably could use a claw aunt because my children’s feet were very dirty in the bottoms from walking around bare foot in the room.

Overall decent for the price. Close to opryland and few minutes drive to downtown. Water pressure in bathroom not great, could have used more hooks in bathroom, toilet flushed hard and shot up water out at times. Other than that no complaints

Very clean, friendly staff, I couldn’t stay for breakfast but it sure looked good. Like coffee in lobby at night. Would be helpful to have a hand bar in bathroom by toilet for those who need it but don’t require any additional assistance help.
