This is an older home in a nice residential neighborhood. Jennifer, our host contact, was very nice and extremely helpful. Her responses were very timely and useful. One day we had a heating issue because of an abrupt (cold) weather change, but Jennifer very quickly helped us address the issue satisfactorily.

Spacious stay

Great location, big spacious house. Loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs. Was a little warm but it was an unusually hot/ humid weekend that we stayed - plenty of fans, some window units in the house which certainly helped. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

We had a good stay here. Very spacious inside. Great fenced in yard for dogs. Great location that felt safe and secure. Easy street parking if needed. Was a little warm but we stayed during an unusually hot/ humid weekend so that is expected - there were window ac units in some areas and fans that helped. Host was friendly and easy to contact if needed. Would stay again.

Not great. The management informed us just minutes before we arrived that there was now only 1 working shower in the house for 4 adults. The house itself needs a serious head to toe cleaning! The closets and bathrooms were all crammed with “stuff”. As the first to shower on Sunday morning, at 5’2”, the shower head was too high for me to reach. It shot water high up against the back shower wall, about 8” above my head! The curtains in all bedrooms and baths offer no privacy! I could go on and on. We will NOT be back! Owners definitely need more experience with providing clean, secure and comfortable surroundings.

What a wonderful location, and a great value!This is a charming old house in a very quiet neighborhood. Driving around nearby, we saw deer everywhere. We loved getting pastries at Luna, not far away.We stayed during during some of the hottest days of the year, so I was worried about the window AC units keeping up. But there were units in each floor, and they kept the space comfortable.Like any of these historic homes, it had its quirks. I look forward to watching this as an option for future trips.
