Valet trashed my vehicle and stole from me all i got was an apology. No compensation no accountability unreal noone seemed concerned except the valet driver who returned the vehicle to us and waiting with us until management arrived.

I will never stay here again. $40 per day for parking! The building is very dated and even on the 6th floor I could here sirens and yelling all night. The staff seem like they don’t want to be there. The valet is understaffed and no one answers the phone. Awful place

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Cleveland for the first time. The building has a lot of character—high ceilings, old-school elevators, and some eerie hallways that add to its charm. Upon entering, there was a musty, almost moldy smell that was a bit off-putting. Parking is a challenge; we opted for valet service ( extra $), which was convenient but involved some long waits. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was decent—nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a short stay. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, though if you don't get there early, your options might be limited. This isn't a place to hang out or spend a lot of time in, but if you're just looking for a place to crash after exploring the city, it's a solid choice for the price.

I booked a reservation for 2 rooms for 4 nights through Expedia in December 2024. Shortly after that the reservation was removed from Expedia and I was told to contact the Hotel directly with questions. I contacted the Hotel directly as soon as I received that message to confirm that I still had a reservation for 2 rooms and was told yes. We arrived for our stay after a lengthy travel day from Canada and was told I only reserved 1 room and that they were completely full. Thankfully I still had my confirmation from Expedia that I booked 2 rooms and they found a second room for us. Lessons learned: I should have asked the Hotel to send me email confirmation when I phoned. Don't trust the google reviews for this hotel

This property is an old Bank building and has quite the character. The location is very conveniently located within a short walk to all three stadiums (baseball, football, and basketball) as well as the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Tons of great bars and reataurants in the area as well. The rooms are large with high ceilings and very nice.
