Friendly, clean and quiet.

Staff especially breakfast time was very courteous and attentive. I plan on staying again. Room was quiet and clean, my only complaint...the tree in front of my room on second floor needs to be trimmed, the branches are hitting the window.

Parking was effortless as the last time I stayed here. My only complaint was that before even greeting me, the female desk clerk rudely and immediately said, " We don't allow parties" and after I explained it wasn't a "party" she still behaved and voiced her disdain at the sight of me and two children a brthday cake because maybe the person who allowed us here last year didn't know the rules. Turns out, that person was standing right next to her, and even in the middle of his phone call let her know that we were not anyone's problem last year and gently reminded me about their policy he said it shouldn't be a problem. Then the woman decided to show some decency to me and to my birthday girl but the damage was done.

NOT FULLY HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE

The handicapped rooms are not adequately equipped for people in wheelchairs. The peep hole is at least ten inches too high for me to see out of it. The beds are at least 8 inches higher that the seat of a wheelchair. That makes transferring a nightmare quite honestly. It's really disappointing to have to struggle. Especially when I already have so many physical limitations. You need to do better.

It was truly home away from home… A lot of amenities were available that we like… Coffee all day, hot water, and a nice selection of teas, as well as a fresh water jug for lack of a better word available… The breakfast or filling… Love the waffle machine! Most of the items were frozen pre-cooked/baked and then just heat it up in there on premises oven… Three egg bites, eggs, chicken, sausages, bacon, but it was good! Nice selection of breads. The facilities/the premises was kept clean at all times. The building is old, the door in the bathroom in the room was one of those old-fashioned that slides within the walls, a few things were dated, but everything was kept very clean. There is an indoor pool, and that was kept clean as well. Although did not swim in it, towels abundantly available. There is also an on-site Jim and towels were available for the gym and there is a washer and dryer section as well. They had a great selection of snacks and beverages to charge to the room. Parking was abundant. We felt safe, and most importantly was quiet. The blackout curtains were awesome!

Check in was not the best. They were inspecting rooms at 3 and we were put on a list. We ran and grabbed food and came back about an hour later (4:10pm) and I asked if our room was ready. She mentioned heather was working on that so I asked if she could look into jt since we had concert tickets and needed to leave in an hour. She looked and my room was ready. No call, no thank you for waiting. Rooms were fine but could use a little love.
