Breakfast was very good and worth eating and plus the team there was friendly and helpful. The room was dated old carpet but they said the rooms are small apartments and people live there also.

I’ve stayed at many of hotels, and I have to say this particular hotel, and its particular location is on the top of my list. Friendly staff, rooms are definitely efficient enough for a family of 4. My only complaint, I only seen ONE elevator. That was a little mind boggling. Regardless, I still give this hotel 5 STARS all day. I’ll be back soon!

The hotel sent an email prior to our stay stating that parties expressly are not allowed and that people over the number allowed in the room are also not allowed. These rules were not enforced and the place was overrun with multiple, multiple kid parties with many, many people sharing rooms. Literally kids with matching “slumber party” pjs with one adult present. I am not a grump, but literally loud, dirty, messy, and broken jacuzzi and elevator, hot water broken for tea and could not get breakfast as way too busy and messy as overrun with so many kids and no adults. I felt so sorry for the workers. The breakfast workers were so good and keeping everything in order when the place was too busy. They told me it was worse last weekend. They also said they are worried about the kids in the pool as no adults present so they watch the kids. The staff were great, I feel for them. The place was dirty BECAUSE the place is getting abused by guest taking advantage. I will never go there again. I spent $500 for two nights and it was awful. Go there if you want to just a kid slumber party because I guess that is what the hotel is for now.
