This colorful home is located on the south east side of Cleveland. A straight 15 minute ride to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, downtown Cleveland's arenas, Playhouse Square, Cleveland State University CSU and Case Western Reserve University CWRU. It is a 3 minute walk to 2 major buslines which makes it an ideal location for anyone wanting to use public transportation to get around town.

The house has 3 cozy bedrooms with a queen, full, and 2 twin beds. It has a full sized eat in kitchen as well as a dining room. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower. Guests can relax inside or lounge on the front porch in this tight knit urban community complete with all the amenties you need.
