Our stay was wonderful! There were so many options for food and shopping! Everything was walkable from the Hyatt! The staff at the Hyatt were very warm and welcoming! We will be back if ever in Cleveland!

We stayed here the night before we had to fly out of the Cleveland airport. Check-in was fast, hotel was clean, and parking was convenient. Unfortunately, we had an early morning flight and weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast before we left. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. Pretty clean facility but disappointed that they are now charging for breakfast. Sometimes front desk is unattended so you have to wait for someone to help you. No detailed receipt offered at checkout. Will stay again because the good out weighs any other issues.

The floor had toenails and pills on it. There was hair in the tub. Dirt in the tub. The comforter on top had stains in them. Just disgusting.

Staff was great. Building was appropriate but for the cost of what my room was I expected a better hotel pool. Its actually laughable, plus there is no hot tub. I coukd have paid less and foubd better accomodations. Breakfast included too.
