Room 521. When I entered the room the air conditioning was on. The temp was in the teens outside. I turned on heat it smelled like something was burning. I registered for 2 people and there was only enough towels for one. There is no clear number posted to the front desk so boyfriend had to go down and get them. There was no actual stovetop, there was some type of single burner electrical thing on the counter. There is a rule that if you do want to cook you have to use their supplies, which you also have to go down and get from the front desk. The bedside lamps are weird and you have to play with them to get them to work. There is a couch but no coffee table or end table. Your only options are to eat at the desk, on your lap, or in the bed. On arrival and of course after booking online there are notes all over saying that the water was going to be shut off at 9am for up to 5 hours. Also the pool is permanently closed. Not that I was going to use it but it should be known before booking. If you like total darkness for sleeping there was a light from the smoke detector that continuously blinks. It reminded me of when someone phone flashes when it rings except you cant stop it. There was a random weird noise that would stop and start coming from I dont know where. I wouldn’t stay here again, especially not for an extended time period. Good things were the fridge was full sized, the microwave worked and the room was clean less than 5 min from I-77 plenty of food options nearby

The room was dirty. Not swept under or behind the beds. And there were 3 used condom wrappers on the closet shelf along with more trash in our room. Or reservation was for 3 people but there was only 1 towel in the room. Plus I had to go down to the lobby to get sheets for the hide away bed. But the only extra pillows they had were dirty. The elevators and halls were dirty with hands and finger prints all over like the place had not been cleaned for days. It was the worse limited continental breakfast I’ve had at any hotel. Packaged mini muffins, dry oatmeal, granola bars, coffee or hot chocolate- no juice. There was some yogurt but no fruit or hot food. Staff was friendly however.

The "continental breakfast" was a farce - initially there was no yogurt, then a staff person found some small containers. Then we had to ask for spoons, which took a long time for him to find. The second day there was no 1/2&1/2 for coffee, just artificial creamer. No fruit ever. In our room there was no trash receptacle in the bathroom, and we could never find a switch to turn off one of the lamps (none on the lamp nor wall) so had to unscrew the bulbs.
