This stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers plenty of room for up to 10 guests and is perfect for families or groups visiting Cleveland. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with Smart TV, and a dedicated game room featuring ping pong and cornhole for hours of fun.



The layout is ideal for both comfort and privacy. The master bedroom with a king bed is located on the main floor and includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two full beds, along with a second full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. There’s also a half bath on the main floor for added convenience.



Relax on the front porch seating area, or enjoy the spacious backyard for outdoor games and fresh air. Conveniently located near Cleveland Hopkins Airport and just a short drive to downtown, parks, and local attractions, this home combines space, entertainment, and modern comfort for an unforgettable stay.







House Rules



Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Excessive noise may result in a fine due to past neighbor complaints.



Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Parties or large gatherings

Unauthorized guests

No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



Pets:

Max 2 dogs: with charge

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional charge

Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You may also be held responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused

NO cats allowed!



Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
