The owners were great. Very prompt and helpful! The issue was with the photos posted. It did not look the same. It was not as spacial or as clean. The couch was not as big, nor as plush or cushiony as it looks. The carpets were very dirty, and the bed was squeeky. The building itself was unknown to us, so it felt semi-unsafe at times in the middle of the night. There were very loud commotions in other rooms and the hallway that were a bit unnerving; especially to a young teen and solo mother. The amenities themselves were great, and the Green Goat were a bonus. And, again, the hosts were very kind and helpful.
