The lady that checked me in was amazing. I work out of town so I went there on my lunch break to check in early due to the weather being so terrible. She was super friendly, got me all checked in and even gave me a little snack bag to welcome me!

Good stay. Quiet and had amenities if I needed to use them in the case of an emergency. Breakfast was a plus to have to as well. Being close to the freeway was great as well as I can travel to and from work with ease.

The room was clean but you could hear the entryway doors downstairs opening and closing all night because our room was right over them. I was charged $50.00 for incidentals The only things that were used were the tiny bar of soap to wash my hands, one set of towels and a cup! We did not use the pool, although it did look nice. There wasn't much to the breakfast as compared to other hotels I've stayed in but we did eat a waffle. Would not stay here again because of the extra charges for things that should have been included in the original price !

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. An insane amout of dead bugs in the window and non dead bugs. A whole in the wall was half patched. Pubes on the ceiling in the bathroom. Clogged toilet after one pee. Could see gunk on the bottom of the pool and foot prints where people steped in it

Staff support was great when we required another room. New room was acceptable. While the hotel can use a "facelift", more cleaning and dusting effort is needed in the meantime. I would book again if Room 219 is available to me.
