We had a great stay at your property last night. The hotel was very spacious. Large rooms. Clean. I loved that it was walkable to many dining areas and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again.

The smell of smoke throughout the entire hotel was awful. I checked in late at night so there was no way for me to switch hotels and they would not refund my money so I could switch- so I stayed. The floors were dirty and the hotel needs an entire renovation. The staff was friendly and it was in a great location. But very disappointed!

Bad customer service dirty room No comfortable sit

Room was dirty asked to be cleaned never came up to clean it. Ask for extra towels and wash rags never did get them. The staff was not approachable and understanding of my concerns and issues they did offer to put me in another dirty room, but I didn’t feel comfortable with that The point is they never did take care of me. They never did come and clean that room up. Will not stay there again SOS, I forgot to mention the pull out couch bed was sunk in where you couldn’t enjoy sitting down on the couch our seating was the chairs

Was surprised how close this hotel was from our event we were attended (concert) it was alot closer than at anticipated. Food places were also close an in walking distant. The staff told us the bar inside the hotel is open till 11pm but the bar attendant was nice enough to stay over. At first the parking was confusing but they have valet parking was only $45 for the evening which was so much cheaper than parking across the street at the arena it cost $75 all we had to do was give the keys over they did all the parking and brought our car straight to us when checking out. Very friendly staff ! Room was at bigger than we thought an had a nice view from the 6th floor. I highly suggest this hotel especially if your planning on going to an event at the rocket arena. I will definitely go back to stay if we attend another concert or even out that way again.

The check in process was speedy and the staff was friendly and kind. I was very dissatisfied with the cleaniness of my room. I was getting dressed for an event and I noticed that there waa blood that was splatered on the wall and the wall trim i a fee different spots. I very disgusted with that as I don't want to see someone else's bodily fluids in a room that I'm staying in. It made me question the linen, carpet and everything else. There was a lot of mold in the shower which is a hazard to my health as I have a severe allery to mold and it triggered some breathing issues while in the shower. There was a piece of metal that was broken from the handle in the shower that I scratched my elbow on while taking a shower. Lastly, there was something on the wall that resmbled a booger. So overall the room was gross. I wanted to discuss this with the front desk to request a refund but I was pressed for time and the line at checkout was a little lengthy. The location was perfect in proximity to the venue of my event so, that was a plus. I would stay here again If and only if the facility undergoes a thorough cleaning. I did take photos of these issues and would love to be able to send them so these issues can be addressed. If someone could please follow up with a link or an email that I can send them that would be awesome.
