The room was spotless!! All the staff were fantastic. The only bummer was $22 a night to park in the garage. But i would most definitely recommend them

Other than coffee mugs, the room was clean.the bed was comfortable. Everything was in working order. Chase, at the front desk; Deidre at the bar and the shuttle driver were all top notch.

We were very impressed with the location and the room. We loved that there was a full kitchen, we’d never had a room like that. The restaurants in the surrounding area was very good. The distance to our appointment at Cleveland Clinic was also very good. The front desk when we check in in was exceptional. Chase checked us in and he was great! Overall, we loved this hotel and will definitely be back!

Room was clean, comfortable bed, most staff great. Don't plan on getting a drink at the bar. Waited forever for the bartender, not many choices to drink, was out of most stuff. Watched the bartender ignore multiple people waiting for drinks. Breakfast was good, lots of selections.

Not enough pillows and the pillows on the bed were very poor quality. Roll out bed mattress was stained. There were crumpled tissues and a used face cloth on the counter around the bathroom sink. I was quite disappointed. However, the breakfast was very good. Alice
