Absolutely the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen . The smell was horrendous, the “gray couch” was black, dust everywhere, cigarette smell that could kill you. Not sure how this place is open.

The Good... 1. Nothing crawling or scurrying about 2. The mattress is comfortable and seems new, unlike the dirty smelly sofa The Bad...(see pics) 1.The dirt and disrepair 2. The lamp plugged in across the walkway to the bed and bathroom (unsafe) 3. I can sit on the toilet and wash my feet in the tub and still cannot close the door. 4. Bathroom so small I had to "figure" out how to go into bathroom and close the door 5. Shower is dirty, stained and incomplete 6. Twenty minutes to clean a residue laden coffee pot that seems to have never been washed 7. They left coffee but no cups or anything that even the basic hotel provides 8. Less than half roll of toilet paper with no replacement in sight 9. Dirty furniture, dirty & dingy curtains and a filthy room phone that I'm afraid to even touch 10. Microwave oven not wiped. Animal hair still on top from previous guest

Ghetto, dirty, loud, rooms are falling apart, and they will not refund you if you wish to check out early due to their poor hotel standards. I'm appalled and I hope I can save someone else the pain of going here by leaving this review. This place is garbage to its core.

This property is awful. Some of the staff are the only redeemable part about this property. I was immediately sad when I walked in to check in. I was hopeful about my room but my hopes were dashed as I drove up to my building. While I know the kindly housekeeping staff do their best, the room was less than clean and the upkeep was awful. The walls were dirty. The curtains had been slashed and never replaced. The furniture was sticky - I placed towels over wherever I would place my items like toiletries or my glasses while sleeping. The bathroom was less than stellar. The kitchen had no silverware, no glasses, no nothing. I had chosen this property because I stayed in Sonesta in Charleston, WV and it was comfortable. Not amazing, but nice. However, I will never stay at this property again. And on top of it, they had to enter the rooms to put up some bathroom dispenser they had taken down 2 - 3 years prior. It was completely inconvenient. Even more so when they notified me multiple times both by flyer and verbally in person that they would begin in my building on Labor Day, Sept 1st. And then finally that afternoon I called (after having confirmed verbally with staff multiple times) and they notified me that they had made a mistake with the scheduling and that Labor Day - as everyone knows - is a day that no work would happen. This is the very reason I continued to confirm, but all staff toed the line that Sept 1st would be the day. Anyway, some kind people but awful.

This room was the most discusting dirty room we have ever stayed at. Huge spider on the ceiling. Could hear doors slamming outside our room all night long.
