Welcome to your home away from home! This charming and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch is perfect for large groups, families, or business travelers. The open-concept layout includes a dining area with seating for eight, a large kitchen with an island and seating for four, and a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace (not for use), TV, and a view of the back deck.
The master suite features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are also spacious, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. An additional full bath includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
The basement is an entertainer`s dream, featuring a game room with an air hockey/ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a full pull-out sofa. A smart TV with an N64 game console and four controllers is also available for your enjoyment. For fitness enthusiasts, there`s an exercise bike on the unfinished side of the basement.
Step outside to the back deck to enjoy nature and grill up delicious meals. A propane fire table provides warmth on chillier nights. The attached garage is available for use and contains a treadmill and two bikes, perfect for a ride to the park.

If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
