Friendly, courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted by LaVon and although their site was down she made sure that I got everything I needed. She even gave us a treat bag for our fur babies! The enclosed space for the pets to run around was amazing and my fur babies loved the space and my puppy got his first experience of snow while running and playing. The rooms were nice and clean and quiet.

The worst experience ever!! It's very bad service and horrible hotel!! I never been to amy Hilton worse than that!! My mom she is handicap and the elevator was broken and they made her walk outside in the walker without even wheelchair from hotel to another to get to her room for 4 hours!!!! This is unbelievable!! I'm sooooo upset and disappointed from the service!!! It's not even half star hotel!!
