The breakfast was made and brought out even though the pancake maker was on the counter. The pancake was cold and hard, either they were frozen, or they werea day old. The sausage was so hard you couldn't bite ito it.the fruit wasn't fresh, bannana was brown and apples bruised...the coffee was so hot it so hot that even with the cuff on the cup you couldn't hold on to it ..., and breakfast was only there until 9:30 am...it was very disappointing

The room and facilities were clean. I would have given 5 stars if the rooms had better soundproofing. We could hear people talking in the next room, people walking in the hallway/upstairs. Also, the heater made a constant noise.
