Two of the three staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. One wasn't so helpful with questions I had. It was fairly clean, but lots of neglected areas- down the hall it looked like a vacuum was run, but not thoroughly. Same with the room. A few stains on upholstery and cobwebs on the ceiling, crumbs on the bedframe. Just looked like they do a once over when cleaning, not deep clean. Area wasn't bad but just kind of out there on its own, not much around, at least on the weekend.

Went to a concert at the agora and we ubered there and walked back. Seemed safe it may depend on the time of year.. also appreciated the fact that there was a security guard in the parking lot at night and girls at the desk were awesome

Not a lot around in immediate vicinity. Have to drive for dining and other amenities. Situated in an older area of city. Is only 10 minutes from downtown, convenient in that way.

Just thoughts

. No grass for dogs. Only one garbage can in kind of small rooms. But would absolutely stay again. Very clean and Quiet. Would also recommend to others.
