My husband arrived there around 23:30, and he need to wait until 00:15 to check in, the front desk said some one checked in by using his reservation…..so ridiculous! And he need to wake up very early for next day…..still waiting for a room!

Modern and Pleasant

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and surroundings were modern and cololorful. I definitely appreciated on site parking. Last week we stayed in Cleveland and had to pay for in and out parking. Ill have to be more careful when booking hotels. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent, especially the omelets.

the hotel was very nice and centrally located for our needs. They had a nice lounge area with games to play. My grand kids and kids enjoyed being able to spend quality time together and nit just in a hotel room. 1 down fall was that there was no microwave in the room.

Great weekend getaway!

It was a plesent and relaxing stay considereding they were very busy and completely booked the night we stayed. The only complaint I have is there is no seating area in the room besides a rolling office chair so someone had to sit on the bed to eat as all eating areas of the lobby was full of people. The staff was amazing and room was very clean.

Great stay overall

It was a good experience overall. The staff was friendly. Two of our lights didn't work in our room but that was the only issue. They don't have coffee makers in the room, but that doesn't bother me because I've heard of terrible things that people do to those coffee makers. It's 24/7. There's also 24/7 t down in the lobby. There's only one ice machine and it's also just outside the lobby but it really wasn't that big of a deal. Rooms are cozy but the beds are comfortable.

Hotel was fabulous, as were every staff member with whom I interacted. But it was not walking distance to anything. Short drive to restaurants. Longer drive to a dog park. I would stay here again happily

The floor was filthy in our room. The door too. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The facial tissue was shoved in the box on top. So someone knew it was the last and instead of replacing the box, shoved the tissues on top. Neighborhood is not the greatest. Asked for a late check out, was told they didn't have enough staff for a late check out. Front desk button rings to the general reservation number with no option for front desk. Not the normal Tru I'm used to staying at.
