I found tiny bugs in my bed during my stay and woke up with bites all over my legs. I now have visible marks, and despite contacting Expedia, the hotel refused to issue a refund. Expedia did their best with trying to contact them several times but no response on approval for a refund. I travel a lot for my job and usually stay at certain hotels but this was a last minute thing and never had such bad experience with a hotel before. The room was also dirty, and had a strong odor. Very disappointing experience — poor cleanliness and no accountability.

The hotel staff was very friendly but the rooms were very dirty. There was still soap in the shower from the last guests and the room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad.

The room was horrible. Full of bugs. I had to leave. I asked for a refund, but there was not a manager available to address the request. The individual working was very nice, but could only offer another room; which given the issue of cleanliness, I would not accept.

I chose this place since it was the closest to the airport was on a 15 hour layover and I don’t recommend it there was spider webs and spiders one of my biggest fears also the breakfast was bread and waffles no OJ or options

It is in close proximity to a lot of good places. It met the basic criteria of what I needed. Price was under $100 for the night. It was dirty, barren, had marks all over the walls, and there were a few bugs in the room.

When we arrived the counter person was on his phone on a personal call. Part way through check in he received another call. He spoke with this other person for about 10 minutes before finishing the check in.
