I arrived at 10:30 pm and they would not let me check in. I called the hotel and the person hung up on me. The next morning, the staff was excellent and let me check in early. Be aware that there is no front desk staff overnight. Also no restaurant on site. The profile makes it seem like there is, but nothing on site or shared parking lot.
It's still under construction! The room on the reservation was located on level 3. That room didn't have up any blinds, curtains, siding on the walls, and the refrigerator wasn't running. The elevator wouldn't go to the 2nd floor. We had to use the stairs only since the button wouldn't work. The refrigerator in my 2nd room didn't stay running so I lost my foods I put in the refrigerator. Then I was moved into the 3rd room just in one night stay. Cats are not allowed even though it states dogs and cats are able to stay. The owner was called four times by the 3 different people.
NEW. They have some things to figure out. Front desk is ONLY open 8-8. After 8 if you need anything call. They will CHARGE you for responding. No idea how to check in after 8. No ice, no coffee. They have induction cooktop - which means you must use special cookware. They provide NOTHING. No cookware, utensils, dish soap, etc. Hotels.com price listed price is about $50+ less than our credit card charge. No idea of upcharge as they did not provide a receipt. Hotel itself is new and clean. It is secure, as you need a room key to get into lobby and again to access entry into the actual hotel itself. They have great potential, give them a while to figure things out.
Booked a reservation through Hotels.com and got there the night of and they told me to cancel my booking…that they were already booked up. Not sure what was going on. I wished they would have contacted me before I drove all day to get there. I had to call Hotels.com to cancel the reservation with the hotel.
This was a nice place at a very reasonable price. The manager that was on duty was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the rooms could use some paper towels or additional toiletries. Those items are always appreciated when you’re only staying a day or two and don’t want to have to purchase them to get through. Other than that, I have no complaints and would definitely stay again! Again, I can’t say enough about the manager and how pleasant he was. His attitude and friendliness made the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. I sincerely hope the company recognizes his efforts and appreciates his contributions because it truly is rare to see nowadays, unfortunately! 😊
CLEAN! Room was spacious, appeared brand new! Bed comfortable. Temp perfect.

Nice brand new hotel, large room, great location, great staff. The rooms could use plates, silverware, pots, pans etc. It got the ability to cook with a stove but nothing to cook with. No breakfast, only coffee and no ice machine.
The facilities have just recently opened and they are very nice amenities for an extended stay. It is an exceptional value for the price. We would definitely return. Very convenient location in the Cleveland and Chattanooga areas. We had one small issue with the AC unit but that was soon resolved. They are working out the issues of a new facility. No complaints!!!
Hotel is fairly new, excellent front desk clerk— but this hotel has ZERO amenities. Coffee is only available after 5am— and that is it. Has a nice Kitchenette room, but no dishes, no water in fridge, no coffee pot in the room, and they only have us four towels and two wash cloths. Really— only a passing through place but you need to have everything with you. The fitness center was nice. There is filtered water on there but no cups Lobby closes 8pm to 7am so make sure you keep your key handy to get in!!
Room was clean, hotel still smells new. However there is no ice machine that I could find.

This is a new property. The place was immaculate. The only negative I have is the walls and floors are extremely thin so I was woken at all hours by TV and conversations. On my departure the downstairs guest called and asked me to walk quieter. I explained to them that I was departing and there was no carpeting and I wasn’t literally stomping around. There is no one at the desk at night and therefore people call ur room to complain . Would not recommend this for any extended stay of you are using it for work and do not want to be disturbed. The front desk was super helpful when it was staffed.
