Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom vacation home in Westlake! Nestled just 8 minutes from the stunningi shores of Lake Erie, this property offers the perfect escape for families and groups. Unwind in the soothing soaking hot tub in the master bath, connect with loved ones around the fireplace, or challenge each other to a game of pool in the game room. Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer. When you're ready to explore, Crocker Park is just an 11-minute drive away, and Progressive Field is only 20 minutes from your doorstep. With thoughtful amenities like air conditioning, fitness equipment, and a dart board, this vacation home has everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this Westlake retreat is sure to delight.

Fully equipped single family home away from home. Beautifully appointed with hardwood floors plenty of seating for lounging or entertaining, comfortably sleeps 12 adults, possibly more. The home is four (4) levels including the basement. It's an entertainments dream home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the comfy sofas and plenty to do with the pool table and many games.

Safe, family friendly neighborhood. Open floor plan, 3 fireplaces, whirlpool tub in master bath, fire pit, deck (gas grill, outdoor lounge furniture and gas fire table availability weather dependent). Short/long term rental.
The main level has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with everything you need! Double oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of seating whether around the huge island or bar top seating. The dining area has a sectional seating and extra-large oval table that comfortably seats 10+. This level has 3 Skylights and lots of windows!
The upstairs level has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a jet tub, and the 3rd bedroom has a work area with printer for our business travelers.
The lower level has a pool table and dart board along with the 4th bedroom that is perfect for a small family with a Queen and Full Bed. This level has a 1/2 bath along with the laundry room with twin Wash Towers.
The basement level has a Giant Connect Four, Chess, Checkers and other games along with a futon for additional sleeping space. You will also find free weight, yoga mat and other equipment for those wanting to get a quick workout in.
The home is very roomy and allows everyone in your group to have space to spread out!

Guest have access to most of the Home except the garage and a couple closets. There are clothing racks available with hangers where there is no closet available. There is always a local representative available to help guests with any questions or concerns they may have, but no one on the property.

Maximum of 12 overnight guests allowed. The guest limit for the home is 16 guest total. This number is a total number including those staying as overnight guest. Exceptions are rarely granted but if you would like please share the details regarding events/gatherings as they MUST be Pre-Approved! *** STRICTLY ENFORCED*** If you exceed the number of guest booked, include bringing a pet or host an event/gathering without approval you will be liable for up to a $500 charge and your stay terminated without a refund. The home is surrounded by quiet residential neighbors and this ensures their support of a STR. If you are looking for a place to have a party this is not the home for you!

Propane Fire pit and grill are located on the deck. Propane is provided as well as one extra tank. Fire wood is not provided

The property is non smoking, violation fee of $250.

Stays over one week, we will have a "Freshen Up" cleaning added to your stay. This will include fresh linens and towels plus a light cleaning to keep the home fresh during your stay.

Locals we appreciate your interest in our property, unfortunately we do not host events or affairs for individuals who reside in the surrounding area. This property is focused on accommodating guests who are traveling and require lodging, rather than serving as a venue for local events or gatherings.
We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are seeking to use the property for events or affairs.

Early or Late check in only available if the property is available. We will need a minimum of one week notice, please let us know ASAP as this requires coordination

Rebeca was very helpful and responsive, the house was extremely well maintained and very comfortable. The amenities were great, including the stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed for our stay and the pool table was a lot of fun for everyone. The TV setup also worked well and the exercise area was an added bonus. We received around 6 inches of snow one day, and Rebeca had the driveway cleared the next day, which was very helpful.

This amazing, spacious home was a perfect location for five long time college friends to reconnect. Rebecca’s attention to detail ensured we had everything we needed. This home is clean and well appointed with numerous comfortable gathering places - the open kitchen, family rooms, and dining areas - all so inviting! Rebecca even provided treats for trickers on Halloween night The door security system was easy for our in and out activities and the neighborhood is very safe - another plus. There are many nearby restaurants from which to choose. You won’t be disappointed staying at this lovely home!

So my husband and I wanted a little get away from everyday life and have sometime to ourselves. Let me tell you this house and the host is outstanding!!! We go somewhere new every year. This by far is the best place we have ever stayed. It was spotless and had everything from games and a karaoke machine to a little gym in the basement. Usually we always have to go to the store to get something we forgot or to get a decent frying pan. No worries here....the host goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are welcomed, and is better stocked than any other rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood was really nice...we went to Crocker Park to shop a little and went to Jack casino. We had a blast in Cleveland. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit!

The house is surprisingly stocked with whatever you need besides food, although, some snacks they left for us were a very nice welcoming after our long drives to get there. Rebecca is very quick to respond and get in touch with as needed. I would stay at here over and over again. We were in town for my son’s wedding. We had the opportunity to visit another nice house with a pool but the amenities were definitely below the bare minimum and it felt like a VRBO. This property felt like home. Made us very fortunate, appreciative and thankful for our place. It was nice to come to a place where the grocery store was down to one visit. I can’t stress enough how relaxing and accommodating this place is. Thank you very much, Rebecca, for being an amazing host!

Wedding Week!

This was a perfect place to enjoy family and friends. There are lots of conversation areas, and the house is beautifully decorated as well as comfortable. Private back deck made our outdoor time so enjoyable. Next time we have an event in the area, we'll definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Great house for a family. We have 6 total and there was more than enough room. The house was very clean and very nice. Communications with the owner is excellent. We were in town to celebrate a late Christmas with family and they were so nice to keep decorations up for us. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Spot for Family Stay

One of the top rentals we've stayed in. Exactly as advertised. We were in town for a family wedding - the home offered a great space that had several amenities to keep everyone happy and entertained, while also providing quiet spaces to disappear on occasion. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed to be no more than 15-20 minutes to anywhere we were going, including downtown. Very easy check-in process and the host reached out to confirm that everything was going great. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was thought of in this home. I’ve been to many properties and this was completely equipped plus extras that you wouldn’t expect (like a heated towel rack in the master). A major storm blew through and they were on- cleanup the following morning. Would definitely refers this place to anyone staying in the area.
