The ground floor accommodation includes the entrance hall, a modern and fully fitted open plan kitchen, cosy living room with solid fuel stove and dining area, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor accommodation consists of a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, and electric hob. The living room area is furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs, a SMART TV, and solid fuel stove. The dining area can accommodate 6 persons and looks out on to the rear garden area of the property. A spacious double with en-suite bathroom including WC, sink and shower completes the downstairs accommodation.
The upper floor is accessed by a staircase from the living room. From the upper landing, you will find a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom includes WC, sink, and shower.
