Overall we liked this place but had some issues that could easily be improved upon. 1. Accuracy of listing- this lists two king beds in separate rooms. There was actually one king bed and another room had a queen bed and the third had two queen beds. One reason we chose this was for two king beds. 2. Communication could improve. I had to reach out to property manager to get check in instructions one day before our check in. I was told I wouldn’t get it until 24 hours before the 4pm check in time. I still did not receive within the 24 hour window. I tried again. Property manager messaged me in the app and said I should have received it. I did not. Two hours before check in I tried again and called. Then voicemail message was full and I could not leave a message. I started to call VRBO while doing so, property manager called me. He said they sent the code and made it sound like it was my fault that I could not retrieve it and all their other clients were getting the messages. He finally gave it to me on the phone. Unfortunately, I received zero communication from this property manager between my booking confirmation and when I started trying to track down the entry code. No welcome, no thanks for booking, etc. that would have been nice. 3. Cleanliness. Sticky dried soda on the kitchen floor, floor was dirty and had not been mopped. Candy wrappers under the bed skirt, sunflower seeds on the floor, crumbs on the sofas. And,unfortunately blood on the mattress pad on upstairs bed
