Extrement decu je voyage tout les week end dans la France entière et j'ai rarement vu une directrice d'hôtel aussi peu professionnelle et désagréable envers ses clients . J'ai réserver la premiere nuit via hotels.com et a notre arrivée nous avons été très très bien accueillis le personnel de reception et du bar est très agréable. Nous avons décider d'ajouter la nuit du dimanche soir pour ne pas faire la route et repartir lundi. Le soir nous n'entendons pas la télé car le son à été bloquer . Pareil pour le chauffage il est bloquer à 20 nous avons eu froid dans la nuit .mais ce sont des détails nous avons fait avec et n'avons pas chipoté. Le lundi matin à 8h du matin nous avons été réveiller par des bruits de travaux incessant jusqu'à 11h quand nous avons quittées l'hôtel . Ca "tambouriner" a l exterieur (marteau piqueur et autre engins ) et ca tambouriner dans l'hôtel ( au dessus de nous des coups incessant . Lorsque j'ai ouvert le rideau de ma chambre . Des agents du chantier (5 hommes) etait dans la cour intérieur de l'hôtel en train de regarder à notre fenêtre à plusieurs reprises . Nous avons donc du fermés les rideaux . Je tiens à préciser encore une fois que tout le personnel à été très agréable et à réagit aux petits couacs pendant tout le séjour. Mais c'était avant de tomber sur la " directrice" Madame Julie . Au moment de notre départ sa collaboratrice, très sympathique nous demande si le séjour s est bien passé nous expliquons alors notre matinée catastrophique.
